POLICIES

  • East Lynn Cottages:        All weeks run Saturday to Saturday.

  • Check-in:        after 2:00 pm
  • Check-out:      no later than 10:00 am

  • No Pets

  • 1 vehicle per cottage (parking is limited)

  • Please do not arrive early for check-in; we need the time to clean and prepare your unit.

  • The balance of the rental is payable upon check-in. We will come to your unit  to complete the       
    registration and to collect the rental balance.

  • East Lynn Cottages accepts payment in cash or by cheque payable to Alan Everall.  
    We DO NOT accept Credit Cards.

  • Complete information on Parking, Swimming Area, Recycling, Garbage Disposal, and local Facilities
    is posted in each cottage.

  • Our tap water is treated and tested Potable.

  • Our facilities are for registered guests only. Visitors (overnight or day use in excess of 4 hours)  must
    be registered with us; they represent a cost to us in water, sewage, and garbage use. Overnight
    visitors are charged $15.00 each.

  • East Lynn Cottages, requests guests to observe quiet time after 11:00 pm

  • East Lynn Cottages is a family oriented establishment with many common use areas and facilities
    (eg. dock, swimming area, fire pit and so on).

  • We value our many repeat guests. You may book the same week next year if you do so before you
    leave. This year's guests are given priority in booking available weeks for next year if they book
    before January 31. After March 15 all available weeks are posted on the website for booking by the
    general public.

  • East Lynn Cottages reserves the right to refuse future bookings from individuals or groups who
    misuse and/or damage these areas or otherwise intrude on other cottagers enjoyment (eg. loud
    music, disorderly behaviour, lewd behaviour, nudity, public intoxication).

  • Guests who damage the cottages, the fixtures and such will be refused future booking and may be
    subject to legal proceedings to cover the cost of damage.

CANCELLATION POLICY

    Should you wish to Cancel a Confirmed Booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Your         
    Deposit (less a $20 Re-Booking Charge) will be returned to you when another party makes a
    Confirmed Booking for that week, otherwise you forfeit your deposit.
