HOW TO BOOK
- Check our Availability section to see if we have the week(s) you wish. Cancellations do
occur and we post them immediately, please check back from time to time
- Contact us to tell us which week(s) you wish to book. We will give you a Tentative
Booking, valid for 7 days, to allow you time to send a Deposit to us.
- Then send us a deposit for 50% of the rental fee. You may do this by sending a cheque
payable to Alan Everall and mailed to 41 Cobbler Cres., Markham, ON L3P 6P5,
once your deposit has been received, we will send you a confirmation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you wish to Cancel a Confirmed Booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Your
Deposit (less a $20. Re-Booking Charge) will be returned to you when another party makes a
Confirmed Booking for that week.
